Foreclosure crisis isn't over yet (Forbes)  Pundits are jumping on the bandwagon of an end to foreclosures, but there's a backlog of impending foreclosures in parts of the country where the inventory hasn't burnt off, and those are due to hit soon.

Pepco progresses in talks for soccer stadium in Southwest (Washington Post)  The stadium in the Buzzard Point section of Southwest DC would go onto land now owned by Akridge, but a Pepco substation stands in the way, though the utility provider is in talks with the District to allow construction.
